We focus on art🎨, science🧪, and literacy📖 focused learning!

⭐️ Monday - Saturday: 9am - 5pm
⭐️ Sunday: 1pm - 5pm To provide a welcoming and engaging environment that promotes hands-on art, science, and literacy-focused learning for all children and their caregivers since 1997. What is The Children’s Museum of Wilmington (CMoW)? You won’t find any off-limits exhibits behind glass cases here—everything at the Children’s Museum is hands-on and built for learning through play experiences! Join your child in exploring our exhibits and learn together. We have 4 floors and 17,000 sq ft of indoor exhibits, experiences, and learning opportunities. There’s something new to discover around every corner, such as our Science Center, Art Studio, Dentist's Office, Grocery, Story our giant Pirate Ship, Interactive Water Exhibit, and so much more. Take a ride on our Air Chair or participate in one of our daily programs including Crafty Kids, Full STEAM Ahead, Toddler Time, and more! We offer birthday parties, field trips, Museum rentals, events for the kiddos, and exclusive adult fundraising events throughout the year. The Museum is recommended for children ages 0-10 (children under 12 months can always play for free). With community support, we have been proudly serving the greater Wilmington area for 25 years.
