I’ve been making and showing art for over forty years—as a painter, photographer, and former gallery owner. My work is direct, often rough around the edges, and rooted in instinct more than polish. I’m drawn to the overlooked, the imperfect, and the quietly strange.

I’ve lived and worked in New York, Vermont, and now California, where I’m based in San Jose. I ran a gallery in San Francisco for many years, and I’ve always balanced my time between making art, collecting it, and helping others discover work they love.

These days, I’m focused on my own work and a new project called Tiny Industries, where I offer affordable, curated art that’s handmade, honest, and often unexpected
