Last month, WBCA teaching artist Erica Spitzer led a group of students on an unforgettable trip to Venice!

The trip included private bookmaking and collagraphy workshops at the Scuola Internazionale di Grafica di Venezia, where participants created custom books for their prints, drawings, collages, and photographs.

Students also visited museums and landmarks, made glass pendants, and explored the international Venice Biennale.

A pretty incredible way to experience art, learn something new, and create together! 🇮🇹

What is it about human creativity that we don’t want to lose?

Join us next Thursday evening for an artist talk exploring the intersection of AI and the arts. Six artists with diverse perspectives will share their thoughts on how AI is shaping the creative world, the possibilities it opens up, and the concerns it raises.

Come with your questions and ideas! Guests will have the opportunity to join the discussion.

Free with registration! Register at whitebeararts.org/inspire-events/73916.

Homecoming Giving Week starts today! 🎨

Class fees at WBCA cover only about one-third of what it costs to provide everything we offer. The rest is made possible by generous donors like you.

This week, our goal is to welcome 100 new donors to the WBCA community of supporters. Your gift helps keep supplies stocked, exhibitions running, and events accessible.

Plus, every new donor will be entered into a drawing for a free WBCA class!
