In case you were wondering- today is Saturday yet again! And you know what that means- Hot Dog Day! But it’s a special Hot Dog Day… we have some amazing visitors who brought some awesome pieces of firefighting history. Stop out and see the cool apparatus and grab that $5 hot dog special. Did you know that it's recommended to replace the batteries in your smoke detector 1-2 times each year? When did you last change yours? If you can't remember, it's time to change them!

Fire safety experts recommend keeping at least one smoke detector in every level of your home, with one in each bedroom and one outside every sleeping area, such as a hallway.

Share this with someone who needs a reminder to change the batteries in their smoke detector, and stay protected from potential fires!

If you're attending the Queen of Heaven Carnival today or tomorrow, we are offering parking surrounding the Exhibit Center! We are located just a 3 minute walk away from the carnival, and we'll be selling drinks for those who park with us for $2!

We’ve got quite the busy today! In addition to our regularly scheduled Saturday Hot Dog Roast you can find us out at the Scranton Volunteer Fire Company from 11-3 for the Antique Fire Apparatus Organization of WNY Muster. Stop by either location to peruse some meticulously maintained fire service artifacts!

We’ve got a beautiful day on our hands in West Seneca! What better way to enjoy it than stopping out for a $5 hot dog meal deal?! Our Happy Hotdoggers are here until 2 with those delicious Sahlen’s dogs!

We also have our “One Man’s Treasure” table set up. These are yard sale items donated throughout the year. Come on out and see all the neat finds!
