The Wayne County High School Art Exhibit is going on right now at the Wayne Center for the Arts! Northwestern Schools has pieces selected for this juried exhibition!

The show is being displayed in the galleries at the Wayne Center until May 7th.

Gallery Hours
Mon - Thurs: 11am-9pm
Sun & Fri: closed
Sat: 9am-3pm

The Awards Reception will be on Tuesday, May 7th at 7pm.

If you have an opportunity to come and view these pieces please do! Our students do amazing work!

Fellow Huskies!!

I have some very exciting news! Over the weekend, we had regional judging for the Ohio Governor's Youth Art Exhibition. The state is divided into 15 regional locations, with high school students in each region invited to enter work in that regional judging. The jurors for the competition are chosen from all over the country and are generally professional artists themselves, college level instructors, or both. Around 8,000-10,000 entries are submitted at the regional level. 1300-1500 entries will enter the state judging this weekend.

We have FOUR state qualifying entries.
