Miguel Osuna - Tondo Blue 
”The radiating surface of Miguel Osuna’s TONDO BLUE recalls ripples spreading outwards in water after a single drop has broken the surface. Every mark appears to emanate outwards from the painting’s precise central point, creating an outward pulse: the eye instinctively follows these rings, drifting from the pinpoint center toward the perimeter. The effect is meditative; encouraging prolonged looking and rewarding sustained attention.” Abby Breuner, William Turner Gallery

This amazing Evan Trine piece was donated by Roberts Projects. Evan Trine’s photographic practice presents new perspectives on the familiar. Though formally varied, his projects frequently manipulate the roles of individual elements derived from diverse visual populations. By eschewing traditional darkroom chemistry for digital processes, the formal, conceptual and technical aspects of photography are transferred, or translocated, to the work. Trine’s methodology broadens his interest in aspects of process, language, and materiality, regularly incorporating the use of common references as source material. Shepard Fairey Bliss at the Cliff’s Edge, 2024, 
This artist proof silkscreen by Shepard Fairey is a modern take on a 19th century romantic landscape. While sunbathers are enjoying a peaceful experience, this bold piece reminds us of the existential threat of climate change. What I love about Shepard’s work, is through his bold colors and recognizable imagery, he always encourages me to consider current social, political or environmental issues. This rare gem is a special treat!

Lightness and weight, matter and form, smoothness and sensuality are set against the rough texture of the raw plaster that forms the foundation of the work. Above all, the delicate pastel colors evoke the lightness of children’s dreams, underscoring how art can become an epiphany of wonder - a rediscovery of the child within us. It is the enduring imprint of childhood preserved as a trace of hope and redemption.
