We welcome donations of Wellsville history Our museum is in the original D**e Hose Fire Company Station built in 1897. This location was strategically chosen by the Fire Company so tanner

y workers could quickly assist as needed. The Nathaniel D**e Museum was started in the 1960s. The Thelma Rogers Historical Genealogical Society (TRHGS) actively operates from the museum. Information about our meetings will be posted on this page. We are open from May 1st - November 1st on Wednesdays from 1-4 pm. To coordinate a visit at other times, we are available by appointment - please contact Ann Comstock (President) at 585-593-6724 to schedule. We hope you enjoy your visit to our page.

From our files Friday- it seems every time a new postmaster came into office, we had a new post office location. Aren’t you glad we got a permanent post office in 1931? It is a beautiful building built in the Classical Revival style. It was designed by Murphy and Olmsted.
