Okay, Weiser Peeps -- let's pretend you're up on the clock tower, looking kind of southwest, over town and likely Annex and beyond... What in the world is out that direction that generates THIS much light pollution at night? It's like this every night, and I don't think there are any football fields or anything along the way. SRCI is in that direction, but that's 13 miles -- seems too far for whatever this is. Any ideas?
