Wow is right! This was a challenging and fun design with every component having a meaning. Living Wells Financial was so thoughtful in their creation of their logo, from the tree representing the building and growing of generational wealth, to the colors, and every little detail. Visited the workshop of Louis Geiger Designs, LLC yesterday. Joel (the name he goes by now) is a local artist who lives and works here in the Bay. His main thing is metal fabrication. He produces really cool signs by contorting metal in the most intricate ways. But he's also a painter and woodworker. He kind of does it all when he brings his creations to life. Joel is super-busy these days—seems like every hot new restaurant in Coastal Mississippi wants Joel to do their signage—but he's carved out a li'l time to create a sexy gable ornament for New Hurricane House. As y'all know, I am a big believer in buying local and supporting local artists and artisans. 👊
