This past year I’ve been a work in progress & so has my artwork. I realized as much as I love creating jewelry I sit ALOT! Which as weight has came on and I’m hitting 10 years of creating mostly jewelry that I was ready for a change in so many ways. I took a sculpture and welding class at the Mesa Art center 3 years ago and fell in love with creating in a new way! When you love metal you love metal💕 last year I created the sculptures you see here in the photos. I start this Thursday again taking advanced sculpture and welding. Soooooo looking forward to class. I’m down 40 pounds as I’ve stepped back somewhat from creating jewelry & into fitness more. Walking, exercising, pickle balling, golfing, kayaking. My husband and I created a workshop off of our basement . For my welding / jewelry making & his wood turning. So in the next year I hope to do an art show with his wood & my welding combined. Life right now is an exploration of where I want to be in the next year and I’m so very lucky to have the freedom to be able to do that. Follow your passion! artist -artist #
