Impressions 229 - Angel Statue - Part 1. From 2004. The artist works on a painting of this popular fountain inside the Boston Public Garden. The name of the statue is the George Robert White Memorial or the Spirit of Giving by sculptor Daniel Chester French and architect Henry Bacon. The statue was installed in 1924 and later repaired and restored in 2016.
