Here's today's crew. Doing the Route 66 chain of rocks bridge cruise. I have six names but only 5 in the pictures, so I'm not sure who left. Mike Horn, from Springfield, Ron Wiggins, Rochester, Joey Bryon, St Louis, Corey Woods, Alton, and Leona and Steve, from St.Louis. They stayed about 45 minutes before finishing their cruise. Did a lot of looking, but not really a lot of questions. We thanked them all for coming and they went on there way!

We've had a couple of my work visitors today. Curt and Chad Steven's from Pawnee. Curt was our dispatcher for years. He left before l could get his picture. The other was Todd Sims and his family from Harvel . Todd is a driver for us. Everybody seemed to enjoy their visit. The kids especially liked Stymie Dog. As matter of fact, when they opened the car door to leave, he jumped right in with them!!! Lol

Well, we just had our visitors for the day from the Peoria-Pekin area. They were, Ben Lawrence, Bob and Karen Lawrence ,. and BJ and Nickey Hartford. They were here the biggest part of an hour. Like most visitors, they couldn't believe M&M made so many different pieces and from all over the world. They had a lot of questions and seemed to really enjoy looking. Thank you again for coming. On a lighter note, a gentleman named Larry Knox, from Las Vegas, who visited 3 weeks ago, texted and said he had bought 41 new items since his visit. He said it renewed his interest in collecting again! Cool!!! See I am a bad influence!! Lol

Well, while l was at PT. Had a lady call and ask if we were open. I told them that l wasn't home , but Patty was. By the time l got home Patty had given them the dime tour and only had a few questions for me. They were here about an hour. They were, Marilyn Buchheit from Carlyle, Il and Ron Jansen, from Breese, Il. They said that they saw us on the news and wanted to check us out. I think they were astounded. Just had a lady, named , Candace Skaley, from Las Vegas, doing the Route 66 thing, stop by.She was amazed at all the different stuff M&M made. We showed her around and let her look and ask questions. I love the fact that the more visitors we get, the more Patty is getting involved, talking, and sharing information with them instead of just me. Just keeps getting better. This lady said she looked up Route 66 road side attractions. She our museum was on it, but wasn't sure about stopping until she saw our big sign. Decided to take a chance. She said she very happy she did!! She stayed about an hour! Thank you very much for visiting.

Had our first visitors of the weekend, my oldest son Joe and his fiancee, Maretta Sullivan, and Ronnie and Jean Edge from Springfield. They were heading to St. Louis and decided to stop a visit. They seemed to enjoy it. I gave them the dime tour, Patty finally told me to shut up because they needed to go. Oh well, hopefully they learned a few things about M&M's. Or at least how crazy Joe's Dad is!!! Lol Thank you for visiting!!!

Well, apparently third time is charm! Number 3 arrived today in one piece! I'm happy, now l can buy something else!
