Yoga at the Virginia Museum of Contemporary Art with Bhav Brigade✨
Join me, Kayla Monroe () this Saturday Morning for a beginner yoga practice. Through a practice of asana, pranayama and meditation, we’ll cultivate space to return to yourself!
Once the class is over, take your time to enjoy the museum - no need to rush out.
When: 8 November 2025, 9-10AM✨
Where: at the Rodriguez Pavillion
Who: Anyone and everyone of any experience, all are welcome

Additional info: please bring your own water, mat or props (blocks, a towel and/or a strap suggested by not needed)
