Staff and volunteers are working hard to get the 1858 Fraser and Chalmers Ten-Stamp Mill back into shape for the Jeep Show. We have already replaced the 28-foot drive belt and have started fine tuning the cam shaft and stamp alignment. Our stamp mill has ten total "shoes" each one weighs more than 800 pounds. This video shows two of the the stems in the right hand bank in operation.
