, and utilizes public spaces to bring contemporary art to viewers. Based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Lease Agreement's programing is a continuation of the previous iteration of the space which spanned from October 2013 to August 2015 in Baltimore, Maryland. Co-founded by Adam Farcus and Allison Yasukawa, Lease Agreement Baltimore was a residential art space and curatorial project set in the front rooms of a row house. Exhibitions, programming, and calls for proposals will be released publicly and posted here. Exhibition proposals for solo and group exhibitions are accepted and reviewed on an ongoing basis.
