Are you familiar with “The Racer’s Edge?” This iconic phrase was the slogan of STP, a brand that became synonymous with Richard Petty and the No. 43. 🏁

The partnership began in 1972, when STP became Petty’s primary sponsor. That season marked the debut of the now-famous red-and-blue No. 43–a livery that would become one of the most recognizable in racing history.
