I just realized I never posted about this poster release. This 2-color screen print was inspired by all the dark and dirty money in our politics and all the wonderful ways it has influence over our elections and policy making, especially here in Louisiana. I’m sorry I’m not trying to bum anyone out as we close out the year. I do have a feeling the chickens are coming home to roost though. Send to your podnah’ that works at a plant, I’m sure he’ll love it! ✌️😎

Originally designed against the backdrop of the 2016 election, this print symbolizes the zeitgeist of corrosive media culture. Perpetrators of “Fake News“ and “Alternative Facts“ have commandeered the air waves. A dangerous detachment from reality is broadcasting throughout the nation. Self-produced media amplifies the noise for an ill-informed audience. The signal for truth has become jammed. Our screens have blinded us. Our reception is fuzzy. We now must slap the box, tweak the ears and repair the wires.
