Sutter-Meyer House This is a small historic farmhouse built circa 1873, long before the incorporation of University Cit It was purchased by the City of University City in 2004.

The Sutter-Meyer House is the oldest known residence in University City, Missouri. Built around 1873, it is a remnant of late 19th & early 20th century rural America. It was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982 and designated a Landmark of University City by the Historic Preservation Commission in 1986.
