Union City is excited to continue collaborating on prioritizing the themes for BART Mural Project.

✌️We are hosting Community Forum #3, Thursday, February 19, 2026 from 6:30 – 7:30 pm at the Ruggieri Senior Center, 33997 Alvarado Niles Rd., Union City, CA 94587. The same information presented on January 10, 2026 Community Forum will be shared.

🗳️Between Monday, January 12, 2026 – Friday, February 13, 2026, we invite the community to help us prioritize the five themes that were raised by the community, they are included in the Union City BART Mural Project Community Feedback Report, see page 25. You can prioritize the themes (1-5, from 1st choice to 5th choice) through the following:

📍In-person at the Kennedy Youth Center, 1333 Decoto Rd., Union City, CA 94587, between the hours of 9 am – 5pm, Monday through Friday, walk-ins are welcomed.

📍In-person at the Community Forum #3 - February 19th, 2026 | 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm | Location: 33997 Alvarado-Niles Rd Union City
