This piece is a quiet reminder of those summer vacations we have taken and the memories are many. A delight to have in your collection!
Our Smal Works Show is UP! We have a huge wall of about 40
8 x 10" canvases painted by our members. These will be priced at $100 or under and what a deal!!!
A great chance to get some special Christmas gifts or one for yourself. They will be up for the month of September, so don't wait, come in and check them out before they are gone and more!

Fourth Fridays is Here!!
This large and beautiful abstract was painted by Owner/artist, Chuck Mattern at 80SIX gallery in downtown Tryon, NC. This piece will be taking a trip to our friend, Robert at Mountain Trail Soap Company down the street and will still be for sale. In place will be our "Small Works Show" for the month of September. All pieces will not exceed $100. What a wonderful opportunity to purchase some Christmas presents or just a gift for yourself!
Lots of fun planned for tonight, cold adult beverages and snacks, live music by Kirk Gollwitxer, Guest Artist, Victoria Emmons, new art and friendly faces!
So come by and visit and enjoy this exciting atmosphere here in 80SIX!

New View Reality will have the pleasure of seeing this painting every day! Owner/artist, Chuck Mattern painted this wonderful quick view of our downtown in Tryon, NC.
It's wonderful that it will be hanging in a local business for all visitors and towns people to see anytime.
"Morris the Horse" will live on as our town mascot forever.
Come by and enjoy our air conditioning in this heat and take in some local art, you may find something to take home!

Textures, paint and pieces of screen though out create an outstanding and interesting image of a horse. This piece was panted by Owner/artist, Chuck Mattern, at 80XSIX gallery in downtown Tryon, NC.
Announcement: In the next couple of weeks, 80SIX Hours will change to 12:00pm - 5:00, till the week of the 24th. And it will go back to opening at 11:00. Chuck will be on vacation and Pat Cato will work the gallery. So, stop by and visit and see what's new, there is always something new and fresh at 80SIX.

This amazing abstract painting of a cow was created by Owner/artist, Chuck Mattern, at 80SIX gallery in downtown Tryon, NC. There is always something new and interesting happening at the gallery. Come by and see and visit with Chuck and he will show you around, you won't be disappointed.
Don't miss the Food Fest on Saturday, Aug. 8th, noon to 2:00pm. You get to choose and vote for the best recipe. Wonder who will shine and win your vote, stop by and take a taste from all the participating chefs. Should be fun and Yummy!!

Beautiful pottery created by our member, Dee Lassiter, who has continued to impress with new works that are stunning. Dee fires decorative and functional pieces for the buyer. We love that she is part of our gallery.
Owner/artist, Chuck Mattern, is always working in the far back of the gallery creating abstract pieces that are literally flying out the door, at 80SIX gallery in downtown Tryon, NC.
So come by and visit and see all the art that is available and stroll around and take it all in! You won't be disappointed.

FOURTH FRIDAYS, Friday, 24th, 5:00pm - 7:00pm, at 80SIXgallery in downtown Tryon, NC.
"Illumination Night", this smart interesting abstract was painted by our new member, Pamela Campe. We welcome her and Pamela's unique style to our gallery. An extra treat to see!
Owner/artist, Chick Mattern will be hosting the event with treats and cold beverages and good conversation. There are several new works to view from our other members too. We always have a fun and memorable times on 4th Fridays. Stop by and take a load off on our new bench, so that you can sit and take in all the great art!

Our special Guest Artist, Linda Haywood, painted these local and country pieces that pleases your memory and takes you back in time. See if you can place some of the images she skillfully created. Linda will be at 800SIX gallery this Friday to answer any questions or just visit and talk about her work.
Owner/artist, Chuck Mattern will host the event with treats and cool beverages. There will be several of 80SIX artists attending and would love to meet and visit with all of you. Should be lots of fun!
