Sons of Confederate Veterans Bell's Partisans Camp#1821

There is a newer Sons of Confederate Veterans camp in West Tennessee. It is the Bell's Partisans Camp #1821. This camp was formed in 2010 by 9 members wanting to branch out and help the Sons of Confederate Veterans grow. The camp presently has 58 members and continues to grow. This camp was revitalized from the William A. Dawson camp #1821 which was inactive as of April 2010 and re-named the Bell'

s Partisans in honor of Brigadier General Tyree Harris Bell of Dyer County, Tennessee who mustered local farmers together to fight for their Southern Independence. The camp was then re-located to Trimble, Tennessee. The City of Trimble has welcomed us and have graciously allowed the use of the Parks Museum as our monthly meeting place. This camp is looking for new members who are enthusiastic about preserving history and protecting our Southern Heritage.
