Today is a big day.

This morning we officially celebrated the opening of Art & Stuff with a ribbon cutting alongside Mayor Steven Rzeppa, Trenton DDA Director Angelia Jones, and the Southern Wayne County Regional Chamber.

What started as an idea has become a place filled with art, creativity, collectibles, vintage treasures, and hands-on experiences for all ages. The Patch Bar is ready, the Charm Bar is stocked, the Sticker Station is waiting, and our Painting Station is officially open for business.

A huge thank you to everyone who has supported us along the way. To our family, friends, artists, customers, the City of Trenton, the Trenton DDA, and everyone who has followed this journey—thank you.

We’re excited (and a little nervous) to finally open our doors and see what this place becomes.

Our soft launch is officially in the books. ❤️

The day started with a 6 a.m. baseball parade, included a last-minute realization that we had no cash in the register, and ended with me freezing on a Ferris wheel at Island Fest watching fireworks.

Somewhere in between, kids made crafts, families explored the space, our neighbor Ashley saved the day by bringing us change, and we got to watch Art & Stuff come to life for the first time.

There are still things to finish, shelves to fill, classes to launch, and plenty of lessons to learn, but seeing people enjoy the space made every late night worth it.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by, shared a post, made a purchase, brought your kids, or simply cheered us on. The support from this community has been incredible, and we’re so grateful to be part of Downtown Trenton.

We’re just getting started.

Tomorrow is the day.

After months of painting, building, organizing, collecting, hanging artwork, unpacking boxes, and more late nights than we can count, we’re finally opening the doors to art&stuff.

What started as a dream to create a space for art, creativity, and community has become something we can’t wait to share with you. Inside you’ll find artwork, toys, art supplies, books, stickers, vintage treasures, collectibles, creative activities, and plenty of unexpected finds.

We built this place for artists, families, collectors, curious kids, and anyone who just loves cool stuff.

We’ve been quietly building something really special in Downtown Trenton. A shop filled with art, toys, vintage finds, books, stickers, creative supplies, weird little treasures, and things we genuinely love.

Today we started hanging skateboard decks produced through 1xRUN and the space is finally starting to come alive. Still SO much left to hang tomorrow but the vibe is getting insane already.

Ended the night stealing a Jesse Kassel piece from my own kitchen wall for the front window… and somehow it was exactly where it belonged. ✨

One of my favorite things about building art & stuff has been filling it with work from artists and friends we’ve spent years creating alongside through murals and festivals.
