The Telluride Historical Museum offers far more than artifacts under glass. Calling all Telluride Historical Museum Babies and their families!

The Telluride Historical Museum is hosting a reunion for those who were born in the building and their families on October 11th, at the Telluride Historical Museum from 10am-3pm. We hope to hear stories of you, your family, and your connection to the Telluride community. If someone in your family was born in the museum, but unable to attend, we would love to have family of museum babies as well! Refreshments will be provided as you mingle with other museum babies and enjoy free admission to the Telluride Historical Museum. We encourage you to bring your families or connect with others to carpool to Telluride. Feel free to bring family photos to pass around, we look forward to seeing you and your families to reminisce!

Every summer, the Telluride Historical Museum celebrates the region’s unique and colorful history with two events: the Telluride Dinner Party and An Evening with Ken Burns.

The Telluride Dinner Party has been postponed to Thursday, September 10, with cocktails at 5:30 PM and dinner at 6:30 PM.

This is the Keystone gorge was the site of the first Placer mining in the area, but also a place with a rich history of buisness. Thanks to the Nature Concervancy, any person can freely walk the Keystone Loop Trail and explore the ruined machinery and buildings that once operated in the area.

You are formally invited to our Telluride Dinner Party. We have a new date of Thursday, September 10th. This year, the Telluride Historical Museum turns 60 years old and to celebrate we are hosting the event at the museum.

Enjoy cocktails as you mingle with locals who were born in the building, and peruse our new and permanent exhibits. Black Salt Catering will be serving an incredible plated dinner while you hear from a panel of museum legends that helped THM become who we are. We hope to celebrate this milestone of the Telluride Historical Museum’s history with you, your friends, and our museum family.
