Tomorrow at the Tehama County Museum! This promises to be a terrific presentation. Presentation admission is free and donations are always appreciated. To make it extra special, Tehama County's very own Dad's Ice Cream https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100057509017337 truck will be on site at noon selling deliciously cold ice cream. If you don't have time to attend the presentation at 1 p.m., you can still grab some ice cream and visit the Tehama Museum (275 C. St, Tehama). We look forward to seeing you!

It's supposed to be a tad warm over the next few days. Hard to believe that less than two months ago (April 12th to be exact) there was snow on the ground at the Tehama County Museum!
Stay cool friends! and come visit the museum on Saturdays from 1-4 p.m. for a reprieve from the heat! (275 C St., Tehama)

Before you visit the Tehama County Museum on Saturday, stop by William B. Ide Adobe SHP. Our very own Pam will be there acting as a pollinator (if you know Pam, you know how creative she is!) and helping to support the work of another fine museum.

Besides crafts, games, refreshments and our many special guests, you will also get the chance to enjoy some scheduled special events!
These events range from local live music to the release of the butterflies we've been raising in our visitors' center!

This is the perfect summer presentation! June 20, 2026 at the Tehama County Museum (275 C St., Tehama), Brian Peterson will be sharing the Howard Johnson's (have you ever stayed at a Howard Johnson's?!) hotel chain. To make the event extra special, Dad's Ice Cream will be on site and selling ice cream prior to the presentation. Some of the best things in Tehama County on a hot summer day are Dad's Ice Cream and a fantastic presentation (with air conditioning!)

The event is free and donations are always appreciated (that's how we keep our doors open to the public). Thank you!
