Getting ready for a western museum art show and finished "Roundup" (12x16). If you're familiar with my work of the 80's/90's, where I had more whimsical style than today, I wanted that for this one. 💛

Finished "New Mexico Fields" (18x18). Been painting a lot, but our computer was at the "spa" getting some much needed pampering and TLC. 😃 Couldn't post, but now we're good to go. 🧡

Finished a happy, little one: "Tenderness II" (12x16). Been BUSY. Hosted a charity dinner at home, then ABQ for family reunion, next night Billy Idol concert, back to Taos, then Pueblo, CO to meet clients, then Gwen's family in Cuchara, CO, and now home! 😃💚

Finished "Taos Pueblo Bonfires 1884" (16x20). Saw a photo of the church in that year, and knowing they've had the Christmas Eve bonfires a LONG time, I let my imagination soar. 💛

Taos Fall Arts Festival opens tonight (runs to Oct. 4). Mine is "Beauty of Community and Culture" (16x20). Volunteers working hard to put on this show - can't wait to see all the art. 💜🧡💜

Finished this sweet, smaller one: "Romantic Evening" (20x20). Inspired by an actual photo we took while walking happily along our Taos side streets as the horizon glowed with that bright pink. 🩷💜

Finished "Curious Neighbor" (30x36). You guys put it in my mind to paint a bear when one was in front of the Cuchara cabin when I was sketching it. No room in that one, but here he is. 😃🧡
