🎨 The Eye of Resilience 🖊️

This is my pen art piece, The Eye of Resilience. For me, the eye represents so much more than sight—it’s a symbol of awareness, vulnerability, and the incredible strength it takes to face life’s challenges head-on.

Living with chronic illness means seeing the world through a different lens. It’s a journey of reflection, mourning, and finding beauty in resilience. This piece is a reminder of the courage it takes to truly see yourself, even in your most difficult moments.

This particular piece has already been sold, but I’d be happy to recreate something similar if it speaks to you.

DM me for details to commission a custom piece, and thank you for supporting my art and my ongoing medical journey.

🎨 The Climb 🖌️

This four-piece series, titled The Climb, symbolizes the relentless journey of living with chronic illness. Each canvas represents a step in the cycle many of us face: the struggle, the perseverance, the setbacks, and ultimately, the triumph of resilience.

Living with a chronic condition often feels like pushing an unmovable boulder uphill. Some days, the weight feels unbearable. Other days, we find the strength to take one more step. This series reflects that experience—the highs, the lows, and the moments of victory, however fleeting.

For me, painting is a way to process these emotions and find hope amidst the challenges. The Climb is not just about the struggle; it’s about the small victories that remind us of our strength and our will to keep going.

🎨 Wings of Light 🖌️

I painted this about 10 years ago, titled Wings of Light. I’d love to hear your thoughts—How does this piece make you feel? What do you see?

Art is such a personal experience; no two people interpret it the same way. What you see reflects your own emotions and journey, and I find that incredibly beautiful.

For me, Wings of Light represents transformation, resilience, and hope. Creating it was a way to express my own mental state as I continue to navigate the challenges of chronic illness. Through this journey, I’ve had to mourn the person I used to be and embrace who I am today.

Despite the hardships, I’ve learned to appreciate the light in every day—the love I feel, the beauty around me, and the chance to keep moving forward.

I’d love to know: What does this painting say to you?

🎨 Through Your Eyes 🖌️

I just finished this painting of a woman’s side profile, and I’m curious: How does it make you feel? What do you see?

Art is fascinating because no two people interpret it the same way. What you see in this piece is a reflection of your own thoughts, emotions, and experiences.

For me, painting and writing poetry are ways to express my mental state and navigate the complexities of life. This particular piece carries a deep meaning—I’ve had to mourn who I once was to accept who I am today. It’s been a difficult journey, but one filled with growth and gratitude.

Every morning I wake up, I’m grateful to be here, to feel love, and to experience life in all its forms.

I’d love to hear your thoughts—What does this painting say to you?

🎨 Finding Strength Through Art, Inspired by Frida Kahlo 🖌️

Hi everyone,
Living with four autoimmune conditions and undergoing an aggressive treatment plan—is a battle I never expected. But through the pain, I’ve found solace and purpose in creating art.

I’ve been deeply inspired by Frida Kahlo, who turned her suffering into stunning, meaningful artwork. Like Frida, I’ve discovered that art has the power to transform pain into beauty, and it’s become my way of navigating this challenging journey.

To help cover my overwhelming medical expenses, I’m selling my artwork. Every piece you buy supports my treatments and allows me to keep fighting.

Frida once said, “At the end of the day, we can endure much more than we think we can.” Thank you for helping me endure this journey with hope, creativity, and strength.

🎨 Turning Art Into Hope & Healing 🖌️

Hi everyone,
I’m sharing an update on my health journey and how you can support me. I’m now on the most aggressive treatment plan for my autoimmune conditions, which includes:

Weekly low-dose chemotherapy

Rituxan infusions

Injections every 72 hours (Acthar which is used to treat severe MS or Lupus)

A daily regimen of multiple medications

These treatments are essential to keep me going, but they come with immense costs. To help manage these medical expenses, I’m selling my artwork. Every purchase goes directly toward funding my care, giving me hope, and helping me keep up with life-saving treatments.

To help manage these overwhelming expenses, I’m turning to what I love: creating art. Every piece I sell goes directly toward paying for my treatments, medications, and essential care.

Your support—whether by purchasing my artwork, sharing this post, or simply offering words of encouragement—means the world to me. Together, we can turn creativity into healing.

Any support you can provide by sharing my page or inquiring regarding available artwork, I also do Commission pieces! My rates are very reasonable as I am not looking to turn huge profit only to pay medical bills. I also do a donation of 10% to the ehlers-danlos foundation. Thank you! God bless :-)

I love pen art. Especially shading with dot work, very manual and tedious but I love the dimension it creates!
