Heritage Hall Jemison-Carnegie Heritage Hall provides experiences of excellence in both the arts and humanities.

In Talladega where antebellum homes abound, a surprising jewel of the City for art and history lovers is Jemison-Carnegie Heritage Hall. This elegant building, built in 1906 was originally the Talladega Public Library, a product of Andrew Carnegie's nationwide library construction program.

🌲🎨 KidsArt 2026: All About Talladega 🎨🌲

The Talladega National Forest is one of Alabama's greatest natural treasures, and our young artists have captured its beauty through their artwork in this year's KidsArt exhibit.

From towering trees and winding trails to the plants and wildlife that call the forest home, these pieces celebrate the natural wonders that make our community unique.

If your child is in 4th, 5th, or 6th grade at Evelyn D. Houston Elementary School and their work is in the exhibit, you received a letter in May about the reception and award ceremony.

Awards will include a free Arts Camp registration for this summer!
