Today we were honored to welcome a group of delegates from Hungary.
These gentlemen were sponsored by Friendship Force Lincoln and members Bruce and Carlene Keim.
We enjoyed giving them a tour of the museum and exchanging ideas!

We want to send a huge thank you to the Scouts and leaders of Troop 337!
On Sunday, your troop came out to clean up rocks and debris from the lawn in preparation for seeding.
It’s awesome to see young leaders in our community step up and assist with local projects. Thank you for giving your time!

Today in history: ‘D-Day’
D-Day didn’t end WWII, but it marked the beginning of the end. The massive June 6, 1944, invasion of Normandy successfully opened a vital "second front" in Western Europe. After pushing through France and enduring grueling battles like the Battle of the Bulge, the Allies finally forced the unconditional surrender of N**i Germany on May 8, 1945.
We are honored to have these items of Bernard Holscher at the museum.
Bernard’s division fought in the Battle of the Bulge.
These amazing pieces of history are just a small part of what you’ll discover here at the museum- We’re open until 4:00pm!
