Growing up, it was a family tradition every spring to walk River Road in Grantsville, along the Casselman River, and look for wildflowers. We would point out each new wildflower blooming…Spring Beauty, Virginia Bluebells, Marsh Marigold, Trillium, Star Chickweed, Violet, Dutchman’s Breeches, Trout Lily, and Wild Ramps. “Spring on Casselman River” is a reflection of that spring tradition 🌱🩷🌿
