The O'Neill House is situated on the grounds of the Alpine Historical Park in Sutton. This vintage home has two bedrooms and a bath with basement hook up for washer and dryer. There is a nice area that can be used as a study. Rent and security deposit are each $1400. Utilities (heating oil and electric, as well as internet) are not included.
