This is my very first silk screen I collaborated on with Howard Finster which was published in 1990. I recently acquired it from an art dealer in California. It had been on a journey for 36 years. The entirety of my art dealer career. It's very special having it back here at the DLG Chicago. Amazingly enough I acquired a second piece from this printing that was part of the artist proofs that Howard got and that piece was on a 36th year journey after being acquired by someone at Howard's Paradise Gardens. I'm on my way back to Georgia tomorrow to do some lumberjack work and continue to develop the Howard Finster Vision House Museum campus. It's simply what little I can do for Howard Finster who was nicer to me than anybody but my Momma and is the Obi-Wan Kenobi to my Luke Skywalker. He's literally more powerful to me even in death than when he was living. Ever onward!

I'm working on a book of my 40 years of going to events. 1985-2025. There's a lot of concerts to be sure but the art and culture tickets are plentiful. This was a fantastic evening. it's always been my privilege to be involved with Howard Finster and welcomed by him during his lifetime. After his death his been the Obi-Wan Kenobi to my Luke Skywalker. It is my pleasure to have restored and created the Howard Finster Vision House Museum. Which is what little I can do for this great man that influenced my life at such a profound level. Thank you Howard!

I had a fantastic recent trip to the Howard Finster Vision House Museum campus. I always strive for discernible progress. This trip was no exception. We added multiple sunset to sunrise lights, we repaired a portion of Howard Finster's path and so much more. It was my esteemed pleasure to donate a signed Howard Finster photo with an original drawing on it to the Paradise Gardens director. What little I could do and appreciation for her removing the 80 ft pine tree that was hollow at the bottom and likely one good wind away from falling and crushing my life's work. I'm looking forward to a fantastic 2026 with more Howard Finster activity on both sides of the fence that will one day come down. Howard fenster was all about progress and he knew it didn't happen in one day you have to stick with it. I plan on doing so for the rest of my days and enjoying the ride! Ever onward.

The Howard Finster Vision House Museum is the original entrance to the Paradise Gardens. It is a boutique Museum that is privately funded by David Leonardis. A shining example of what one man who was greatly inspired by Howard Finster can achieve with the power of Art behind him. We are just about finished with our second Airbnb within the museum that is available for you to stay at and enjoy. The museum has about 450 pieces of Finster and his family's art. We are open by appointment and our manager lives in town so give us a call. It is our esteemed pleasure to provide a fantastic tribute to Howard Finster. Howard is so cool there are two museums for him and Sumerville Georgia!

It's always my privilege and pleasure to keep on working to make the Howard Finster Vision House Museum just as nice as I can. My manager Rob is preparing for the second Airbnb unit, Howard and Pauline's suite to be ready for visitors. Part of having a boutique tribute Museum in the south is dragging the stream of weeds and trimming trees for curb appeal. We do it all down here empty love being supported by our visiting patrons. There are over 400 pieces of art to see at the Howard Finster Vision House Museum and we look forward to seeing you there. Ever onward!

We've had some fantastic visitors to the Howard Finster Vision House Museum recently. My manager Rob who lives in town keeps the gallery open by appointment. Go ahead and make an appointment! We are currently available on Airbnb and VRBO for the Vision House Suite. Our Howard and Pauline's Suite will be ready soon. You receive a complimentary black and white Howard Finster print with admission. It's our privilege to provide a wonderful boutique Museum for your enjoyment. We are incredibly pleased to have acquired for the permanent collection the one and only Howard Finster dollhouse created in the 1960s. Our suite is now listed on VRBO and Airbnb. If you are headed to Northwest Georgia a stop or a stay at the Howard Finster Vision House Museum is a must. Our manager Rob is available to give you a tour of the museum by appointment.
