Today, most of us purchase our clothing from a store, either online or at a brick and mortar shop. Years ago, most of our ancestors made clothing on a sewing machine like this one.

Stop by the museum this weekend to see this sewing machine that Mrs. Walter Jillson sewed clothing on for her eight children.

Stuart’s White Horse Museum and Heritage Village will be open 1:30-4:00 on Saturday and Sunday.
