The Benton’s sold-out Horsebarn Hill Walking Tour with UConn professors Robert Thorson and Janet Pritchard made for a fun evening. Participants explored geology and landscape photography on the hill in conjunction with the exhibition, Raid the Archive: New Eyes on Horsebarn Hill.

Starting this fall, Museum members will receive advance access for ticketed events. Help the Benton reach our goal of 60 new members as we celebrate our 60th year and become a member today! Visit https://benton.uconn.edu/support/joinrenew/ for details.

🎓 Congratulations to all the graduates, especially our talented student workers!

Arsha is double majoring in Psychological Sciences and Human Development and Family Sciences. A fun fact about Arsha is that she can speak three languages: English, Marathi, and Hindi!

Michael is a Political Science major. One thing he’s loved about working at the Benton for the past four years is being able to see countless exhibits from departments across the university. Seeing how art intersects with other fields at UConn has been a highlight for him.

Hongchan Lee, Evgeniia Rein, Maham Waqar, Sabrina Claman, and Yuna Kim.

Experience these innovative projects before the 2026 MFA Thesis Exhibition closes on May 10. Visit Benton.UConn.Edu for further details.
