Stillwater History Museum at the Sheerar Illuminating, preserving and celebrating the collective history of greater Stillwater. We are Stillwater's History Museum!

The Museum features exhibits about the history and culture of the region known today as Stilllwater. Visitor amenities include a museum shop with unique gifts and rental of a 200-seat auditorium available for weddings, recitals, concerts, meetings, and more.

Kick off the 18th Annual Cool Classics Concert Series THIS Friday at the Stillwater History Museum!

Join us June 5 for the first concert of the series, featuring a special quintet. Refreshments begin at 6:00 PM, with the concert at 7:00 PM.

✨ Featured Work: Brahms' Clarinet Quintet ✨

Considered one of the greatest chamber music works ever written, Brahms' Clarinet Quintet is filled with rich melodies, warmth, and emotion. Written late in the composer's life, it showcases the beautiful blend of clarinet and strings in a work that is both intimate and deeply expressive.

✨Museum Mondays: Artifact Spotlight✨

In honor of Mother's Day, today's artifact is a cookbook titled, "OSU Moms' Cookin'" that was compiled by OSU Mom's Club in 1972. It contains illustrations and recipes by mothers of students at Oklahoma State University. The cookbook contains 125 pages of recipes that range from beverages to casseroles to desserts! Did your mom have a signature dish that she made when you were growing up?
