This professionally maintained academic resource provides an opportunity for greater public understanding and appreciation for the world in which one lives through exhibitions, education, research, and public service. The Museum of Natural History is affiliated with the College of Letters and Science and is open when school is in session (including extensive summer hours) at which time the public is welcome to walk through to visit the exhibits.

A year from demolition and here we are! This week our UWSP Facility Services team gave us a tour inside our renovated display rooms to learn about the new lighting and other features in the space for our exhibits.

Special thanks to Soua Cheng, Paul Leonard, Dean Joshua Hagen and Brigid Ferkett for guiding us across the finish line.

More progress for our new exhibit spaces. The outer walls have been removed in the hallway. 🖌🔨 We have new flooring and painted walls and the rooms are really starting to take shape!
