Northeast Art Center - Northeast Michigan Arts Council To present, develop and facilitate an enriched environment of artistic and cultural activities in its service area of Arenac County.

The Northeast Art Center offers many programs - art camps, programs for children, musical guest artists for both children and adults, quilt shows, and our annual Sweetheart Ball dance. In addition, we hold a yearly auction to support Art Center programs, sponsor the Arenac Choraleers and the East Shore Wind Symphony. All of you youth artists out there ages 8 thru 13 years, we still have class openings in our 35th Annual Youth Art Camp slated for July 20 thru 24 at the Northeast Art Center in Standish! Log-on to our website nemiac.org where you can download a student application. Half tuition scholarships are still available, but you need to contact us. Good news for bargain hunters! The Northeast Art Center is extending its GIGANTIC Sale for another weekend! We will be open from 9 am – 4 p.m. this Friday and Saturday, June 12 & 13. Hi Everyone! Just wanted to remind you of our NERF Blaster Mobile Games Family Night today beginning at 6 p.m. at the Sunrise Community Resource Center [formerly Standish Elementary School] in Standish. It's going to be a BLAST! It's $10 per person, or $30 for Family of 4. You will enjoy the games, pizza and soft drinks and will automatically be eligible for some great door prizes.
Hope you can joins us for a lot of fun, while helping NEMAC to raise funds for its new boiler system!
