Lacy Rose Art ROAM WILDLY Custom orders/made to order items are non-refundable. Deposits are non refundable. My items are made to order and each one takes 2-4weeks to finish.

These items take time and cost even just ordering supplies and getting designs planned out. I do NOT keep shapes on hand. Those take up to 2 weeks to get to me. Once I get the shapes etc in then your processing time starts. Please let me know if you need an order rushed and we can talk about a rush order fee and/or expedited shipping. I ship ONCE a week. Usually Saturday mornings. If you need it rushed there will be extra cost.
