Frenchtown Heritage Museum A community museum. Frenchtown is part of St. Charles City and was founded as an area of settlement in the early 1769. French citizens moved out of St. Charles.

Charles' central core and created their own neighborhood away from the influx of immigrants from the East. By the mid-1800s, German families had moved into Frenchtown and intermarried into many of the founding families, creating a thriving business district and neighborhood. By the beginning of the 20th century, Frenchtown was home to successful milling companies, industrial factories, the America

n Car and Foundry, Borromeo Catholic Church, the Academy of the Sacred Heart, a stop on the Wabash Railroad, and many influential St. Charles families. Frenchtown is one of five historic districts in St. We are the largest of the five,and are located at the north end of Second Street.

The Brewseum Happy Hour is almost here, and we’ve got a sweet evening planned! Join us on Wednesday, May 13, from 4:00–7:00 PM at Good News Brewing Company for our monthly gathering of neighbors, stories, and good vibes.

This month’s guest business is 🍩 Donut-King. They are a St. Charles favorite bringing fresh, handmade, peanut-free donuts and local flavor to the Brewseum. Stop by their table, meet the team, and grab a treat while you’re here.

Also, the Frenchtown Garden Banners are still available! If you’re a Frenchtown resident and haven’t picked yours up yet, we’ll have them on hand during Happy Hour.

And as always…Happy hour prices on pizza and beer. Come spend your Wednesday evening with all of your favorite Frenchtown Neighbors.

The Brewseum Happy Hour is almost upon us, and we have a very busy evening planned. Come join us on Wednesday, April 8, from 4:00-7:00 and enjoy our guests this month.

First guest business: Parkview Gardens has been serving the St. Charles community since 1929. A family run business in the heart of St. Charles, we grow flowers and plants all year long. Come see us at the Brewseum to learn even more about us and see what we do!

Second guest business: Dirty River Records is an independent record store in Frenchtown St. Charles offering a mixture of new and used records across all genres. Kyle will be spinning records from the vast selection in stock.

In addition: The Frenchtown Garden Banners are back! If you are a Frenchtown resident or business, and haven't picked up yours yet, we will be handing them out during happy hour.

As always, there will be happy hour prices on pizza and beer, so come spend a delightful, fun-filled evening with Good News Brewing-Frenchtown and the Frenchtown Heritage Museum.

The Brewseum Happy Hour is upon us, and this month we are pleased to have Anthony Russo as our special guest. As the front man of Russo & Co. he is lead singer, guitar player, tap dancer and a truly authentic ambassador of live country/americana music.
