Update:

Hey folks, the 2022 Dawn Patrol Rendezvous WWI event being held on October 7th, & 8th has extended the re-enactor registration deadline until September 19th.

If you are considering attending, please go to the The National Museum of the U.S. Air Force Website and print off the registration forms. Fill them out, and mail them to the Museum. Time is of the essence.

We are hoping to have a decent turnout of re-enactor participants, but you must register to be able to attend.

The event is free to participate in, and there will be a private party ALL participants are invited too, just prior to the event.

Registration is NOW open and available online.

All Reenactors MUST fill out registration forms and Participants Agreement Form. If you are planning to camp out at the Museum, the Camping Agreement form will need to be filled out too.

Okay Folks, Registration forms for Reenactors, Living Historians, and Displays participants for the 2022 Dawn Patrol Rendezvous is currently pending final approval from the National Museum of the U.S. Air Force.

Registration will be open in just a few weeks. I will be providing links here on this page to access registration forms.

Please clearly state on your registration if you will be setting up a tent or any displays, and how much room you will need for your tents/displays. Also wither you plan to, or would like to participate in any activities/mock battles for the public to view.

Keep in mind too, all weapons/firearms MUST BE DECLARED, and are subject to inspections by Air Force Security Forces, local Law Enforcement, BATFE, and Museum staff/ Dawn Patrol Rendezvous Organizers.

LIVE AMMUNITION IS STRICTLY FOREBIDDEN!!!!
(Blank ammunition will be accepted pending inspections)

Simulation Ordnance/pyrotechnics is Not Allowed.

ABSOLUTELY NO WEAPONS WILL BE ALLOWED INSIDE THE MUSEUM. All weapons/displays must remain outside in the encampment area during the event, or in the pre-designated “battle area” during controlled activities.

Just a reminder,

This page is intended for WWI Historical are-enactors and Living Historians who are interested in participating in the National Museum of the U.S. Air Force Dawn Patrol Rendezvous event.

The event is still currently being planned out by the AF Museum’s staff and committee. Event details will be released later on.
