This late 1950s-early 1960s photo looks to be taken at Springdale's Arkansas Poultry Exchange, an auction house organized by local feed dealers and poultry processors.

Pretty sure #1 is Lee Zachary, president of the Springdale Chamber of Commerce. Do you agree? Who is #2 and #3?

Groundbreaking at Moore Drop Forging Company in Springdale's industrial park, September 30, 1968. Springdale citizens approved a $7 million dollar industrial development bond to entice Moore to locate in Springdale (1,018 for the bond, 25 against).

Cindy Smith Starr shared these photos with our "Springdale History" Facebook group. They belonged to her dad, Harvey Smith. He was born in Springdale in 1923 graduated from Springdale High School in 1941. He lived here until he joined the Navy in World War II.

This is the High School my twin Helen Smith & I went with our siblings, it is now an Administration Building in Springdale, Arkansas
anybody remember the little amusement park that was on hwy 71 would have been across from Anderson's electric and plumbing. This would have been around 1970's
the four of us sang together, for many activities and enjoyed it.
I was wondering if anyone had pictures of the old Phillip 66 or todd 66 that was on 71 across from Arby's had alot of memories there growing up when my dad and uncle worked there
