Museum update fall 2025 Sorry it’s been so long for an update I’ve been updating on the discord and I forgot that it didn’t go to Facebook
The museum is going to be featured November 4th and on Veterans Day November 11th on Channel 5 LA unscripted .
The Museum was used last week for a movie called” Rampage”, that was a movie about the guy that stole the M60 tank and went crazy about 25 years ago .
November 14th we are having a local junior high do a tour of the museum 95 students and 10 teachers .
our . In the last year there’s been 5 military museums that are privately run closed in the US and also United States Army is going to close 23 of their museums .
We just had a friend of the museum called and wants to donate AM1123 Hummer which was made in 2014 . They cannot be registered in cal but we can still use it for display and possibly motion picture work . Unfortunately the Fort Mac Arthur Association is being closed , our museum is helping with the sales of their collection of vehicles . They’re being towed up to our place ,they’ll be going to be put up for sale quick
The painters union is stopping by 11/06/2025 to see if they can redo the ww2 Higgins boat with new paint
the museum will be open this veterans day

We got a cordless vacuum and some of our volunteers decided we're going to be cleaning the inside of some of the tanks real nice and then go and film inside with a 360 View for the tourist will have an idea of what's going on inside the tank which they cannot climb on to see

We're still working on our 5:10 Wrecker we got everything ready for new paint now the biggest thing is we're going to change out our hydraulic hoses hydraulic hoses that are you know 40 50 years old just doesn't do it so we're changing out all our hydraulic hoses for it'll be safe so when that's done we'll have a real beautiful truck
