Ice Age Triggers
This is a warning that global warming could trigger an ice age. This isn’t an opinion, Ice age formation caused by warming is a meteorological fact. The increase in heat causes larger storms and these can interlink to become so big that they suck down air from the ionosphere that instantly freezes everything on the surface. In the last ice age, herds of mammoths were frozen instantly on their feet with the grass still in their mouths that they were chewing. Their meat was still fresh and the people who dug them (out of the remaining glacier) fed the mammoth meat to their dogs.
Now, I don't know why my post got deleted (my comment got deleted along with the article I shared), maybe it was because CBS doesn't archive their older news clips. They're still having trouble adapting to the computer age and their app only recently adjusted so that clips could be shared. However, my comment should NOT have been deleted along with it.
The meteorological phenomenon of Ice Age Formation is fraught with paradox which defies logical thinking. You've got the think - as the saying goes - outside of the box. A sequence in the film "The Day After Tomorrow" illustrates what happens when a global warming causes the development of super-size hurricane-type hyper canes that are capable of drawing air down from the ionosphere. If you see the movie you will see perfectly illustrated this possible phenomenon. Three super-sized hyper canes emerge in tandem covering the entire northern hemisphere and that triggers an ice age which renders most of the Northern Hemisphere uninhabitable. This by no means resurrects the plot of a sci-fi movie as some sort of conspiracy theory. It is a fact of the risk and possibility that this could actually happen.
Now, I simply am trying to use the excellent reporting of this CBS meteorologist to also illustrate the effect global warming is having on amplifying the regular dipping to the jet stream, making it dip further and earlier to the deep south, causing freezing weather to thrust right next to an extreme heatwave to the west, in which 130 degrees in Death Valley shattered world records. If, however, a handful of gossips don't want my report to appear in the same context for some reason, I'll dig up the illustrations I myself drew years ago and use that.
