Elf Hats are cute and everyone wants one! Learn how to use your 3 ft tri-loom woven scarf to make the hat. This class is construction only – you can make the 3 ft. scarf in the Intro to Continuous Strand Weaving Tri-Loom Weaving class on January 25th. Please bring your own completed 3 ft . woven ....
