Hello Friends!

Card Making Initiative for Hartford/Norwich Holiday Baskets!

If you’ve already signed up to volunteer, THANK YOU! ❤️ I truly appreciate your willingness to give your time to help make the holidays a little brighter for local families.

Haven’t signed up yet? There’s still time! Registration is open, and we have plenty of time slots available. Wednesday and Thursday, November 4 and 5, are the best days to volunteer. Friday, November 6, will serve as our buffer day in case we need additional time to finish assembling the cards.

Join us for this special community card-making initiative at Hartford Town Hall, 171 Bridge Street, White River Junction, Vermont.

Dates: November 4, 5 & 6
Times: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Volunteer in two-hour increments to fit your schedule!

The goal is to include handmade holiday greeting cards in the Hartford/Norwich Holiday Baskets. Together, we can share a little extra joy, warmth, and kindness with families who could use some holiday cheer. No matter your crafting experience, your time and helping hands will make a difference!

I’ve had a few relaxing hours coloring Artisan Sketched Garden paper. Now, onto fussy cutting. Looks like a movie is on the agenda.

What’s your favorite movie? Mine is Top Gun.

I’ve been working on completing miscellaneous card kits over the past few months. There were a lot.

My boxes are all updated with new signage and the addition of DSP on the chipboard dividers in the large boxes.

Guess how many cards I have in total? The closest guess, without going over, will win a dozen handmade cards from me!

Deadline to post your guess is October 31, 2026 at 11:59pm.

Yesterday was a day of hiking Mount Galehead in NH for my 24/48 4,000 footers. I’m half way there!

Here are a few of my favorite pictures, even before arriving at the trailhead. The sunrise was spectacular along with the fall foliage. It’s peak.
