Historic Seville School and Community Center To serve our community through the continued use of the Historic Seville Public School as a Community Resource Center, Library and Museum.

The Seville Village Improvement Association is a 501c3 non-profit charitable organization whose primary purpose is the administration, maintenance and preservation of the Historic Seville School and Community Center and the Seville VIA Park House.

Thank you. Thank you. Thank you to everyone that made Seville Heritage Day a wonderful day to celebrate our historic past and bright future! From fabulous flower farms and bouquet makers, vendors, pie makers, young artists and cow whip crackers to visitors, musicians , church families, historical speakers, Volusia County staff and our VIA volunteers it truly was a village effort!

We are prepped and ready to welcome everyone to Seville Heritage Day tomorrow! Make sure to stop by and enjoy all we have to offer including a free bloom bar where you can make your own bouquet thanks to the generosity of our friends at Allure Farms Inc! We can't wait to see everyone there! It's going to be a great day!

renowned historians Charlie Cracker and Calen Smith are bringing a wide variety of artifacts to share the history of Florida cow hunters, homesteaders and woods riders including a genuine McClellan saddle for interactive talks throughout the day Saturday 10/3 beginning at 11am.
At 2pm Charlie will host a talk on Florida's distillery past including turpentine production and moonshine stills of our area.
At 3pm Calen will host a talk on life in early Seville.
You don't want to miss this great hands on history experience along with our museum tours, vendors and great food!

Remember art entries must dropped off by Wednesday at the Historic Seville School if they are not being submitted through Pierson Elementary. All entries will be on display in the gym during Heritage Day and Awards will be presented Saturday at 1 pm. We can't wait to see all of the great creativity!
