Cooler weather means Grazie is moving indoors for the season!

Our African spurred tortoise loves warm weather, so as temperatures begin to drop, it’s time to bring him inside where he can stay warm and comfortable.

Tortoise Fact: African spurred tortoises are cold-blooded, which means they rely on their environment to regulate their body temperature. They also do not hibernate, so during colder months they need access to a warm, heated space.

Be sure to say hello to Grazie on your next visit!
