Join us at Tidelands on Saturday, September 19 at 6 PM to celebrate seven years and 75 episodes of All My Relations as the podcast becomes a living exhibition.

Experience seven years of Indigenous conversation, storytelling, scholarship, laughter, and collective imagination through image, text, projection, sound, and interactive installations. Featuring special guest Dallas Goldtooth, a live podcast recording, new merchandise, and more.

This is an exhibition that is alive, participatory, and still becoming—and you're invited to be part of it.

What does it mean to be a good relative?

In preparation for May 5, we’re gathering at Tidelands for a two-night Red Ribbon Skirt Making Workshop + Sewing Circle with Amelia Andress, a Haudenosaunee community educator.

Over two evenings, participants will learn the full ribbon skirt process—from measuring and cutting fabric, to ribbon placement, sewing, and finishing touches. By the end of day two, you’ll leave with a completed skirt made for yourself, a loved one, or to gift forward.

May 5 is recognized across many Indigenous communities as a day to honor Missing and Murdered Indigenous People (MMIP)—an ongoing crisis impacting Indigenous women, girls, Two-Spirit people, and relatives across Turtle Island. Red has become a symbol of remembrance, visibility, and the call for justice.

This gathering is intended for Native American / Indigenous identifying relatives.

$50 registration includes materials, ribbons, elastic, thread, and use of sewing machines. Or bring your own sewing project and join the open sewing circle in solidarity and community.

Big thanks to the Dearborn Park International School for visiting our Lushootseed Creation Histories Exhibition. We made this exhibit for exactly this reason, to create an environment for telling our own stories to the next generation.🩷

Join IndigiQueer artist Eileen Jimenez (Ñätho) .art.by.eileen.jimenez for a hands-on linocut workshop where you’ll create a design rooted in your own memories, words, and reflections. You’ll carve your own block, make prints, and press your final piece onto a journal to take home—along with everything you create.

All supplies are provided. Just bring yourself and your story.
