That’s a serious mountain of pineapple!

Our team is getting hands-on, pressing 600 fresh pineapples for a new non-alcoholic blend and a fresh batch of Tepache. It’s a big, bright, wonderfully messy production day: and we can’t wait to see how these flavors come together.

These are still in the making, so they’re not available just yet. For now, enjoy this behind-the-scenes look at the craft, care, and plenty of pineapple going into the next pours from your George’s Washington Cider family.

A quick schedule note from our small team: this Friday, August 28, the Republic of Cider tasting room will be closed while we deliver cider to Portland ourselves.

Self-distribution is part of the small-business journey, limited resources mean we all wear a lot of hats! Your support makes this work possible, and choosing local small businesses truly makes a difference. 💛

Please come hang out with us Saturday from 4–9 PM for a flight, a pour, and some good cider-community time. Our regular tasting room schedule is Friday 4–7 PM and Saturday 4–9 PM, with this Friday being the exception.
