Pretty in pink and bursting with pomegranate, with just a delicate hint of rose, Rosy Pom is one of those ciders that turns heads before the first sip.

Sweet? Not quite.
Floral? Just enough.
Refreshing? Absolutely.

One of our regulars once called it the “perfect pink pleaser,” and honestly, we think they nailed it.

Market season is officially here, cider friends! We’re hitting the road this week and we’d love to see your faces at two of our favorite neighborhood spots. First up, catch us at the Georgetown Farmers Market this Thursday, June 4th. We’ll be there from 3pm to 7pm at 6601 Carleton Ave S. It’s the perfect mid-week reset: grab some fresh veggies and your favorite Republic of Cider bottles to get you through to the weekend.

Then, it’s the big one! Saturday, June 6th is the SLU season opener! We’re so excited to be back by The Spheres (2100 6th Ave) from 10am to 3pm. There’s nothing quite like that South Lake Union energy on opening day, and your Republic of Cider family is ready to celebrate the new season with you all. Whether you’re a longtime cider lover or just out for a sunny stroll, come say hi and stock up on the good stuff. We can't wait to raise a glass with you!

We’re officially counting down the days until the Annual WBO Wine Walk on June 9th! We can’t wait to host you here at Republic of Cider. We’re shifting our weekend rhythm just a bit to better serve our S**O community! Starting this Saturday, June 6th, we’ll be updating our Saturday taproom hours.

Here is the updated schedule for your weekend cider fix:
✨ Friday: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM (No change here!)
✨ Saturday: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM (New hours starting June 6th)

Whether you’re wrapping up the week or looking for the perfect Saturday evening spot, come hang out and grab a flight of our small-batch, artisanal ciders. We’re conveniently located just a 12-minute walk from the S**O Station, the perfect distance to work up a thirst for something crisp and handcrafted!

Summer festival season is just around the corner, and we’ve got a big one for your calendar!

We’re so excited to share that we’ll be at the Washington Brewers Fest on Saturday, June 13th. We’ll be hanging out at the iconic Seattle Center Fisher Pavilion, pouring some of our favorite handcrafted ciders all day long.

Think crisp pours, summer sun, and a massive celebration of our local craft scene, there’s going to be over 80 breweries and cideries there! It’s the perfect way to kick off the sunny months with your fellow cider fans and the whole PNW beverage community.

Whether you’re a longtime Republic of Cider fan or just looking for a new favorite sipper, come find our booth and say hi. We can’t wait to raise a glass with you!

Ready to get a little weird with us? 🧪

We're launching our Open Sessions, where we let people come in and experiment with us. This week, it's slightly mysterious world of the Ginger Bug! If you’ve never heard of it, think of it as a wild yeast starter: the sourdough starter's spicy, fizzy cousin.

These sessions are all about experimental fermentation and community. To be honest, we’re just as excited (and curious) as you are to see how this batch turns out. Whether you’re a fermentation nerd or just love a good science project, you’re more than welcome to join the fun.

📅 When: Tuesday, May 27th (sometime around 5:00PM)
📍 Where: Our S**O Cidery
