Parnassus Cafe and Gallery Seattle's oldest coffee shop! Nestled in the cozy basement of the Art Building, Parnassus has provided coffee and goodies to campus patrons since the 1950s.

We serve exclusively organic, shade-grown, Fair Trade certified coffees from Fidalgo Bay Coffee Roasters at Parnassus.
