This past Saturday was the Seaside Park Scavenger Hunt held by the Seaside Park Historical Society, part of our ongoing celebration of our nation’s 250th Anniversary! Several teams scoured the town for clues that pointed to landmarks, areas of historical significance, and home town sites! Fun was had by all and a huge thank you to the organizers, volunteers, participants and all who came out to enjoy the day!

Phenomenal turn out for the Ciba-Geigy Documentary viewing hosted by Seaside Park Historical Society and Save Barnegat Bay. Our entire area was impacted by this and to see how far our beautiful beaches, bay, and local wildlife has come since the days of chemical pollution and environmental degradation is truly remarkable. Thank you to all who have fought and continue to fight for our coastal communities, our way life and our quality of live here on the coast.
